Founder & Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner in Tampa, Florida
With 25 years of healthcare experience, including nearly a decade in primary care, Irina has built her career on a lifelong desire to heal, serve, and ease suffering. Having seen firsthand the limits of rushed, insurance-driven visits, she founded MissionMed Wellness to change how we practice medicine — where every patient is truly heard, seen and supported through whatever life brings their way.
Originally from Romania, Irina speaks both English and Romanian.

A membership-based model providing direct access to your nurse practitioner by phone, text, or video, with personalized care for a predictable monthly fee.
Two membership plans available.
Primary Care - Non Members
Flexible, pay-per-visit care for preventive services, medication management, and chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and thyroid disorders. No insurance needed.
Pay-per-visit pricing.
Sick Visits
Care when you need it most—without the waiting room. Evaluation and treatment for common conditions like pink eye, sinus infections, flu, rashes and UTIs.
Included and available for DPC members ONLY.
Wellness Support
Support for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Guidance to help manage stress, burnout, and anxiety, navigate life challenges, and build a healthier, more balanced life.
A separate service, available to all patients, members or not.
Medical Weight Management
A personalized, medically guided approach to weight management focused on improving health, energy, and sustainable habits. Includes GLP-1 options, such as tirzepatide and non-GLP-1 options.
