Well Hello!  I’m Irina

As a nurse practitioner, I created a wellness support service to address holistic needs beyond traditional medical care. Life’s unexpected challenges—such as divorce, breakups, infidelity, and emotional abuse—can be overwhelming. In my practice, I witness firsthand how toxic relationships, emotional turmoil, and trauma affect both physical and mental health. Patients often confide in me about their struggles and seek more time and guidance than standard primary care visits can provide.

Having navigated my own journey of personal healing, I understand the importance of addressing these issues comprehensively. I believe God did not design us to live mediocre lives. While I provide support and guidance, please note that I am not a therapist. Think of me as a coach who helps you on your path to healing and better health and empowers you to become your best self.

My support extends to those facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief, especially during the pandemic. I’ve led healing-focused support groups at my church and engaged in personal development through various trainings both within and beyond the medical field, learning that meaningful change often begins with small steps.
